You can delete your EVRENA account and the personal information held with it at any time. There are two ways to do it. Deleting an account cannot be undone.
Delete it yourself, in the app
This is immediate and needs nothing from us.
- Open the EVRENA app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation, then tap Delete.
Your account is removed straight away and you are signed out. The sign-in details you used will no longer work.
Ask us to delete it
If you cannot sign in, or you would rather we did it, email info.evrena@gmail.com with the subject Delete my account.
- Send the request from the email address registered to your EVRENA account, so that we can confirm it is you.
- Tell us the name on the account.
- We confirm by reply once the account has been deleted.
We action requests within 30 days of receiving them, and usually sooner.
What is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- your profile — name, email address, phone number and profile photo;
- your saved delivery addresses;
- your cart and wishlist;
- your room analyses and their results;
- any unused room-analysis credits, which are not refundable and not transferable;
- your reviews;
- your sign-in credentials, so the account can no longer be accessed;
- if you sell on EVRENA, your vendor profile and product listings.
Photographs you submit for room analysis are never stored at any stage — they are analysed and discarded, so there is nothing of them to delete.
What is kept, and for how long
Records of completed transactions — orders, invoices, payments and refunds — are kept after your account is deleted. We are required to hold accounting and taxation records, and we cannot delete them on request. They are retained for the period prescribed by applicable law and are no longer connected to a usable account.
Where we are required to keep a record that names you, we keep only what the obligation requires and nothing further.
More information
How we handle personal information generally is set out in our Privacy Policy. If something here is unclear, or a request has not been actioned, please get in touch.
