This Privacy Policy sets out how SAZE (SMC-PVT) LTD. ("the Company", "we", "us"), trading as EVRENA, collects, uses, discloses and safeguards personal information in the course of operating the EVRENA website and mobile application (together, "the Platform").
The Company is a Single Member Company (Private) Limited incorporated in Pakistan and registered in Islamabad. By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy.
Scope
This Policy applies to personal information processed through the Platform. It does not apply to the independent practices of vendors who sell through the Platform, or to third-party websites that may be linked from it, each of which is responsible for its own handling of personal information.
Information We Collect
Account information
Your name, email address and, where you sign in through a third-party identity provider, the profile image associated with that account. We store the account identifier issued to us rather than a password.
Buyer information
Delivery address, contact number and order history in respect of purchases placed through the Platform.
Vendor information
Shop name, city, province, contact number, Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) number and, where provided, National Tax Number (NTN). This information is collected to verify a vendor's identity, to settle amounts due, and to satisfy the Company's statutory record-keeping and taxation obligations.
Transaction information
The amount, date, status and reference of each transaction. Card, wallet and banking credentials are entered directly with our payment processor and are neither transmitted to nor stored on the Company's systems.
Technical information
A notification token, used to deliver transactional messages relating to your orders and billing, and the time zone reported by your device, used to render dates correctly on invoices and receipts.
Images submitted for analysis
Where you use the room analysis feature, the photograph you submit is processed to identify design style and colour composition. The photograph itself is not retained. Only the outcome of the analysis — style descriptors, colour values and the product category selected — is stored, so that your analysis history remains available to you.
Product images
Photographs submitted by vendors are retained so that they may be displayed in listings and converted into three-dimensional models.
Purposes of Processing
Personal information is processed for the following purposes:
- establishing and administering your account, and authenticating access to it;
- processing orders, payments, vendor subscriptions and settlements;
- generating three-dimensional models and classifying products for listing;
- producing design recommendations matched to a submitted room image;
- delivering transactional communications concerning orders, renewals and billing;
- maintaining the security and integrity of the Platform and preventing misuse; and
- complying with applicable legal, regulatory and taxation requirements.
The Company does not sell personal information, and does not use it for third-party advertising.
Disclosure of Information
Personal information is disclosed only to the extent necessary, and only to the following categories of recipient:
- Service providers. Entities engaged to perform functions on our behalf, including payment processing, cloud hosting and storage, account authentication and message delivery, automated image and product processing, and technical diagnostics. Such providers are permitted to process information only for the purposes we specify.
- Vendors. Where you place an order, the vendor fulfilling it receives your name, delivery address and contact number for the purpose of delivery.
- Competent authorities. Where disclosure is required by law, by an order of a court or authority of competent jurisdiction, or is necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
Transfer and Storage
Certain service providers engaged by the Company operate infrastructure located outside Pakistan. Where personal information is transferred to such providers, it is transferred solely for the purposes stated in this Policy and remains subject to contractual obligations of confidentiality and security.
Retention
Account information is retained for so long as your account remains open. Transaction, accounting and taxation records are retained for the period prescribed by applicable law. Analysis results are retained until deleted by you or until your account is closed; submitted photographs are not retained at any stage.
Security
The Company applies technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the information held. Communications with the Platform are encrypted in transit, payment credentials do not enter the Company's systems, and access to production data is restricted to personnel who require it in order to operate the service. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Your Rights
You may access and correct the information held in your account through the Platform, and may disable notifications through your device settings. You may request closure of your account and deletion of the associated information by writing to us at the email address given in the Contact section below. Requests are actioned save to the extent that retention is required by law, including in respect of completed transactions and taxation records.
Children
The Platform is not directed at persons under the age of thirteen years, and the Company does not knowingly collect their personal information. Where the Company becomes aware that such information has been collected, it will be deleted.
Amendments
The Company may amend this Policy from time to time. The effective date stated at the head of this document reflects the version currently in force, and material amendments will be notified through the Platform.
