Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the EVRENA website at evrena.thesaze.com, the EVRENA mobile application, and any related services (together, "the Platform"). By creating an account, placing an order or subscribing to a vendor plan, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

The Platform is owned and operated by SAZE (SMC-PVT) LTD., a Single Member Company (Private) Limited incorporated in Pakistan and trading as EVRENA. The Company's registered office, which is also its business address, is:

The Company operates from Pakistan and holds no place of business in any other jurisdiction.

Definitions

Buyer

A user who purchases products through the Platform.

Vendor

An independent business that lists and sells products through the Platform.

Credits

The monthly, size-weighted allowance a vendor's subscription grants, which their live listings consume.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, is used unlawfully, or supplies false verification details.

Our role in the marketplace

EVRENA is a venue. Products are sold by independent Vendors, who are the sellers of record and are responsible for their listings, product descriptions, pricing, stock, packaging, delivery and after-sales obligations. We are not a party to the contract of sale between a Buyer and a Vendor.

Where a Vendor sets a delivery charge or arranges shipping, that arrangement is settled directly between the Vendor and the Buyer.

Buying on EVRENA

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes. An order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when the Vendor accepts it in the app. Payment is by card or wallet through Safepay, or by cash on delivery where offered.

A Vendor may reject an order or an individual item — for example if stock is unavailable. Where an order was paid online, the affected amount is refunded. See our Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.

3D models and augmented-reality previews are visual aids generated from photographs. They approximate a product's appearance and are not a warranty of exact colour, finish, texture or dimensions. Check the Vendor's stated measurements before buying.

Vendor subscriptions

Vendors subscribe to a monthly plan that grants a credit allowance. Products consume credits by physical size — 1 credit for Small, 3 for Medium, 7 for Large — and hold those credits for as long as the listing is live. Current plans and prices are on our Pricing page.

• New vendors are eligible for one introductory free trial. It does not renew into a paid plan by itself.
• Subscriptions renew monthly, either by automatic card charge or by manual renewal each period, as selected.
• If a renewal is not settled, listings remain live for a short grace period before being hidden. They are restored on payment.
• A product may not be deleted within 30 days of being accepted, because the cost of generating its 3D model is incurred at that point.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and quoted in Pakistani Rupees.

Acceptable use

You must not use the Platform to list counterfeit, stolen, unlawful or unsafe goods; infringe anyone's intellectual property; upload photographs you have no right to use; misrepresent a product's size, condition or origin; interfere with the Platform's operation; or attempt unauthorised access to it.

Intellectual property

The EVRENA name, logo, site and application are the property of SAZE (SMC-PVT) LTD. Vendors retain ownership of the product photographs they upload and grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, adapt and convert them into 3D models for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform. 3D models generated from a Vendor's photographs may be used by that Vendor on the Platform for as long as their subscription is active.

Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for the acts or omissions of Vendors or Buyers. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The courts at Islamabad have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may amend these Terms. The date above reflects the current version, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
